This Sunday is all about nourishing and treating ourselves. For this special class, Jan and Chelsea and coming together to add something special this December.
Start with some lovely movement as Jan guides you through a flowing yoga sequence designed to warm you up but keep you present and aware of your breath.
After 40 nourishing minutes, Chelsea will set you up in some oh so wonderful restorative positions using bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and anything else we can find to help you feel relaxed and supported before moving into a guided meditation called a Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep . This beautiful practice encourages your body to fully let go and relax, whilst keeping the mind aware. It is rejuvinating, powerful and healing.
Once we round of our yoga session, feeling refreshed and renewed, it's time for cheese and a glass of prosecco! The last 15 minutes will be spent nibbling on cheese and sharing your experience over something lovely and bubbly. (COVID restrictions allowing and social distancing meausres in place at all times)
Festive attire is encouraged!
