These three words are often used in mindfulness and meditation and this session will be a chance for you to reset and embrace that moment where you can stop, acknowledge and simply begin again.
Join Claire Yates for this New Year Special on Sunday 3rd January.
Claire will guide you through breathwork, slow flow, and some longer, juicier yin postures to find some space and opening into our bodies. We will then take a guided meditation that focuses on on embracing beginnings, find that divine moment when you acknowledge the present, and simply begin again.
