Online Meditation & Yoga Nidra

About the Event
YES! Spring it most definitely springing! And we are going to synchronise ourselves accordingly!
We will begin a gentle breath awareness meditation, sending down our roots to deeply connect with our beloved mother earth, drawing her nurturing energy up in to our systems, to nourish ourselves with a sense of grounding and stability.
We will follow on with the Seven wave ‘Sat Nam’ meditation. We chant Sat Nam to connect us to the essence of our true nature. We weave the sound up through the chakras by visualising our energy rising (like the sap rising in spring). In this way, the mind is cleansed and activated, dissolving habitual patterns and opening us up to new experiences.
Lastly, in celebration of the returning daylight hours, I will guide you through a yoga nidra for healing and activation of the senses with the warmth and light of the sun.
You will need: a quiet uninterrupted space (where possible), a comfortable place to sit, on the ground or chair. A yoga mat, a bed or blankets to lie on for the nidra and any additional blankets, cushions, pillow, socks, and warm things as your body temperature will drop during the nidra. Some water. A pen/pencil and a piece of paper.
I can’t wait to see you in the Zoom room
