About the Event
During this extended yoga class we will gently move, stretch, breathe and deeply relax.
Expect to feel rested, refreshed and ready to face the week ahead.
These monthly sessions will include slow flowing yoga movements designed to warm and awaken the body, with simple yet effective breathing practices to help to bring back that sense of balance and calm to your practice and your mind.
Jan will guide you towards selection of longer held postures as a wonderful way to dwell in your practice, helping you to release tension, and make space in the body.
We have lots of lovely props to help you release into your practice and welcome in that sense of stillness in body and mind.
Soft music candles and diffused aromatherapy oils will accompany us along the way. A guided savasana, reading or extended meditation will round out your self care experience.
If that isn’t enough… the wonderful The Urban Meadow Cafe will be on hand just downstairs to help you indulge a little further…. (cakes await!)
