Even though I have a strong mat based practice, I still love to practice chair yoga! There is something about having the support which I find comforting, it can also help you to adapt the movements for when you’re sat behind a desk and need to stretch. 🌱 These photos show some chair variations of Virabhadrasana II / Warrior 2 which will be included in my upcoming chair yoga classes at Bloom (Monday 2pm starting August 3rd!) 🌱 The entire class will be possible from a chair so it’s also a great option for people who are not comfortable standing for long periods. Please note that the studio is upstairs so anyone attending will need to be able to go up one flight of stairs - there is a hand rail for assistance. 🌱 Let me know what you enjoyed most about a chair class you attended?
