It’s great to see the Bloom Community slowly growing. How wonderful is it to have an app to use, thought I would try some of its features. Tomorrow’s (Wednesday) 6pm zoom class is a yoga flow inspired by the moon. (For those of you who don’t know me I love the moon and it’s subtle teachings) For me personally I feel there has been a lot to get my head around with changes in government guidance, yet also an element of uncertainty. Everyone is currently experiencing the world we share in different ways. My go to support strategy to process how I feel is yoga; moving my body to find acceptance in what is. Lockdown and Covid-19 guidance has given us all lots to digest; sometimes it helps to physically move our bodies to lean into how we feel and embrace current changes.
