Really quick and easy to make, they also really help to keep regular bowel movements (don't eat too many at once!!)
-Dried pitted prunes or dates
-Peanut butter (optional)
-Put ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and the mixture starts to come together.
-Use two teaspoons to shape into small balls and roll in desiccated coconut or cocoa powder.
-Leave on a tray on baking paper to set in the fridge for a few hours then transfer to an air tight container and keep in the fridge.
-Enjoy! (I would recommend only one or two a day)
Tip: Put the nuts in the blender first on their own if you want them to be finer.
You can use different nuts, different fruits and different quantities to suit you! Add in some cinnamon and ginger for extra punch.
