About this class

Sarah's style of teaching is centred around giving you choice and autonomy in your practice. They'll guide you through a sequence but give you a variety of options so you can find what feels right for your body. Sarah teaches yoga at Bloom on Thursday evenings and Saturday morning. You can join in person at the studio or online via Zoom. Thursdays 7.30 - 8.30pm Yoga Chill Slow gentle movement through some floor based and standing postures, before settling into stillness with restorative postures. Saturdays 10am - 11am Gentle Yoga A gentle yoga practice moving through floor based and standing postures; spend time finding what works for your body and exploring your practice in a welcoming space. Classes are suitable for complete beginners or people with a regular practice. You’re welcome to join if you’re pregnant or post-natal, but please contact Sarah first to discuss this before booking.
