About this class

This class is a quick 45 minute HIIT & stretching class to end your day with. The breakdown of the class will be 30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to get our hearts beating and muscles strong! The class will be finished off with a 15 minute deep stretch as we make time for loosening up our joints and stretching out the muscles that need some extra care. (This equipment free class is suitable for anyone. Adaptations will be available for those who need them) Dress code: Workout clothes for high impact movement & trainers.
