Wednesdays 9.30 - 10.30am YOGA (at the studio & online) A class suitable for everyone that will focus on the foundations of yoga, breaking down the physical postures to find the best option for your body alongside gentle breathing exercises. You will be introduced to the philosophy behind yoga as a beneficial 'way of life' and not just a way to exercise. Wednesdays 6 - 7pm YOGA FLOW (at the studio & online) A light-hearted class that keeps you moving between postures and rest in a mindful way.
