I completed three and a half years training for my Bachelor of Science degree in Acupuncture which includes a combination Five Element Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in one integrated style. I graduated from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine which is fully accredited by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board (BAAB). I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).
My treatments will look to find and treat the root cause of your symptoms to enable the body to rebalance.
I offer both traditional acupuncture and facial cosmetic acupuncture. Facial Acupuncture treatments will take a little longer as points are used on both the body and face followed by a facial massage.

I decided on a change from a career in surveying, to a career in health and wellness, specialising in sports massage therapy and fitness coaching. I enjoy a very wide variety of sports and activities and want to help people to do whatever it is that they enjoy. When not providing treatments or training I can be found lying in the sun!

I often combine the two therapies in one treatment or apply them separately. Additional therapies, such as cupping, electroacupuncture and moxibustion may also be applied where required.
